End-User License Agreement — QuickBooks Integration

This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the QuickBooks integration application (the "App") provided by PPC Snobs ("we", "us"). By connecting the App to your Intuit QuickBooks Online account, you agree to this Agreement.

1. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App solely to access and manage your own QuickBooks Online data.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to gain unauthorized access to it, or use it to violate any applicable law or the Intuit Developer terms.

3. Data

The App accesses your QuickBooks data only to provide its features. See our Privacy Policy for details on how data is handled.

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App.

5. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by disconnecting it from your Intuit account. We may suspend or terminate access if this Agreement is violated.
