Who we are
PPC Snobs is a knowledge vehicle and growth incubator — an AI-first team operating across Attribution, Branding, and Campaigns. Engagements are delivered by our pod and steered by a dedicated account manager.
Scope of services
We deliver against the modules you select — Tagging, Reporting, Creative, Landers, Search, and Social — and the scope documented at onboarding. The Landers Agent is included on every engagement. Anything outside the documented scope is handled as a change order, priced transparently before we begin.
You own everything
Your accounts, pixels, tags, dashboards, creative, landing pages, and data belong to you — during the engagement and after it. We build inside your accounts wherever possible. There are no hostage tactics and no exit fees: on termination, we hand over the keys.
Billing
Setup fees are one-time; agents are billed monthly in advance. Ad-spend management fees apply to managed monthly spend at the rate in your agreement. Page builds are billed once, per page.
Advertising platform & industry compliance
We operate inside the rules of the platforms we run — Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn — and applicable advertising law, including FTC truth-in-advertising standards and sector-specific rules (finance, health, and housing carry special-category restrictions). You’re responsible for the accuracy and legality of the claims, offers, and creative you ask us to run; we’ll flag anything that risks a policy strike or a regulator before it goes live.
Acceptable use
We don’t take every client, and we don’t run every offer. We decline work involving deceptive practices, prohibited or restricted products where compliance can’t be assured, or anything that would compromise a partner’s standing with a platform or a regulator.
Results & illustrative models
The calculators, projections, and benchmarks on this site are illustrative models, not promises. Paid-media performance depends on factors outside any agency’s control — your offer, your market, and your competition. We commit to the work and the method, not to a guaranteed number.
AI & automation policy
We’re an AI-first firm, so we’ll say plainly how we use it. We use AI systems — large language models, our own agents, and automation — to research, draft, analyze, and execute work. A human reviews and stays accountable for everything we deliver; AI assists the work, it doesn’t replace the judgment. We do not train public models on your confidential data, we keep your data inside tools governed by our Privacy Policy, and where we publish AI-assisted content we hold it to the same factual standard as anything else that carries our name.
Use of this site and its content
The frameworks, calculators, and indices on this site — including the PPC Snobs Index — are provided for information, not as guarantees of results. You’re welcome to read, share, and cite them with attribution; you may not scrape, resell, or repackage them as your own. Our data widgets blend licensed third-party data (such as Ahrefs search-volume data) with our own modeling and are illustrative by nature, not financial or investment advice.
Confidentiality & data processing
Each side protects the other’s confidential information. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so under a data-processing agreement consistent with our Privacy Policy and applicable law, including the GDPR and CCPA/CPRA.
Liability
Nothing here excludes liability that can’t lawfully be excluded. Otherwise, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement in the period giving rise to the claim, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Termination
Either party may end the engagement on the notice stated in your agreement. We complete in-flight work, hand over all assets and access, and never hold your data or accounts to ransom.
Governing law & changes
These terms are governed by the law stated in your agreement. We may update this page; material changes to an active engagement are handled through your agreement, not imposed unilaterally.
