The Branding Snob stands as the paramount architect and unwavering custodian of the PPC Snobs brand narrative, serving as the pulsating core of both our vibrant external community and our closely-knit internal ecosystem. This pivotal role demands an individual with an exceptional ability to meticulously cultivate, strategically expand, and vigilantly safeguard our digital footprint across all relevant platforms. 

 

The Branding Snob will expertly manage and optimize our web and creative presence, ensuring that every disseminated message authentically reflects our elevated brand standards and deeply resonates with our target audience. Furthermore, a profound mastery of HubSpot-driven email marketing campaigns is essential to forge and nurture enduring, meaningful connections with our diverse array of external stakeholders, transforming transactional interactions into lasting partnerships.

 

  • Understand the target audience’s demographics, psychographics, and purchase behavior. Segment the market into distinct customer groups based on their needs and preferences.
 
    • Demographics: Age, gender, income level, education, and location.
    • Psychographics: Values, beliefs, lifestyle, and interests. 
    • Purchase Behavior: Purchasing habits, frequency, and channels.
 

Beyond external engagement, this role is absolutely fundamental in the continuous cultivation and enrichment of our distinctive internal culture. The Branding Snob will be entrusted with the stewardship of our internal PPC Snobs community, acting as the central conduit for seamless and transparent communication, and proactively fostering a palpable sense of unity, shared purpose, and genuine camaraderie amongst all team members. 

 

The successful candidate will possess well-honed skills in account management, demonstrating a deep and intuitive understanding of audience dynamics, exhibiting exceptional abilities in effective discovery to ascertain underlying needs, and leveraging strong business acumen to ensure that the diverse requirements and expectations of all internal stakeholders are not only met but consistently exceeded. The strategic utilization of Calendar will extend far beyond conventional external scheduling.
